I should have purchased this solar panel system when l purchased my Spartan camera. It would have already paid for itself in what l spent on one time use alkaline batteries. It's nice to see a full green bar on the battery monitor each time I check my pictures.

This does work good, set up was pretty easy, but for $200+ you have to weigh in on the ROI over the cost of AA Lithiums. That is only reason I didn't give it 5 stars much like the other review here. It will take 3-4 years to get your investment back when comparing the costs for AA batteries. Pros for this, I do not worry about seeing my camera go dead and is a huge pro for me.
